At an altitude of over 1000 ft, Li Shan Mountain is the highest tea-growing region in Taiwan. The slow growing process produces larger than normal, high quality soft-stem leaves. Once harvested, they are hand rolled into perfect, little pellets which produce a uniquely smooth, throat-coating infusion. This unforgettable oolong can only be named after the majestic mountain it comes from.
